When I was 2, I started racing sled dogs, progressing from local to international competition. I began racing ATV motocross in 2000, using a Honda 400EX purchased from Sleggers Cycles (now RT 15 Powersports). I earned the points necessary to progress from Novice, through Amateur, into Expert in two years. I have raced ATV Motocross Expert (A) Class since 2002. I am now campaigning an open class Honda CRF450 powered, 400EX frame, custom quad, all purchased at RT 15. I compete at tracks in; AMA Dist 34 (lower NY), Dist 6 (eastern PA), Dist 2 (southern NJ), as well as AMA Nationals in the Eastern US. All members of my family are powersports enthusiasts with four ATVs and five motorcycles in the garage. I ride a Yamaha R6 daily, in season, and attend national rallies with my father and friends. 2006: The 2006 race season was hampered by poor weather, a 6 day work schedule, and the dropping of Quad classes at select tracks in Districts 34 and 6. My 2006 season Highlight was a 10th place finish in Open A (Expert) Class at the Unadilla AMA National in NY. The plan is to attend three national events along with events held by the three local districts. I will stay with my current quad, racing the open classes, until Honda delivers an EFI 450cc product, at which time I will move to the production classes. My bike will be torn down over this off season and all wear items renewed. To compete with the larger open class machines I plan to increase my CRF engine displacement to 490. Sponsor Payback I proudly represent my sponsors. For 2007 I have a new 32 ft. aluminum gooseneck race trailer to use as a billboard at major races while retaining this 16 ft. trailer for practice. Trailers and quad are logo’d, and maintained in good condition. I speak to the source of my equipment at all opportunities and carry and distribute, sponsor literature.
